"Eek!" Having his hair ruffled makes Roi hunch his shoulders just a bit, but he soon recovers and tilts his head into it. The affection is very noticeable and he honestly revels in it, and he purrs in response.
So long as that hand is messing with his hair, his meal is temporarily forgotten.
